Planning: Our staff will sit down with you in person or by phone conference prior to each event to go over all of your needs. From here we will build a program together to cover individual & group movements, curbside greeters, security concerns etc...  

On site dispatchers: For many of our large events we have an on site office and dispatcher. Everything for the event will be dispatched and managed from these local offices. Clients will have direct access and a dedicated line to these dispatchers. For example Super Bowl 2018 had 5 on site dispatch offices and 13 dispatchers.

Regardless if your group requires private security we still have a Security & Safety team that goes in prior to every event. Their purpose is safety. They go to all of the area hospitals and emergency centers. Looking for the fastest path to the entrances. We always hope it never happens but in the event of an emergency our team educates all of the drivers of the closest place to seek any level of medical attention. With the growing concerns of emergency evacuations our team also educates each driver on the safest and fastest way out of the venue.

LOGISTICS & PLANNING for LARGER EVENTS

Main Dispatchers: Along with the on site dispatch teams we still have our main dispatch offices in Dallas, Chicago & Indianapolis. These dispatchers monitor everything around the world. They also help to keep a close eye on all of our major events. All offices track the driver from the point the driver is on the way to the passenger until they are completely done. All vehicles are equipped with GPS tracking

Private Security: We can provide any level of security you are interested. All of our security officers are licensed, bonded and professionally trained. All of our officers have backgrounds in law enforcement and many are active officers that we contract. Our security officer can be discrete in the background our next to your clients and obvious at all times. Many times we can also provide police officers in uniform if needed. 

Police Escorts: For nearly any event we can arrange police escorts for your group. We only use local police officers through legal channels. 

TRANSPORTATION

Hourly
Whether it's a wedding, birthday, an anniversary, a bachelor or bachelorette party, sporting event, or just a night out, we can take you and your guests safely to and from your destination(s) in a large variety of size vehicle.

Transfers
Airport or just point to point. We're open 24-7.  For airport arrivals  our dispatchers monitor your flight from take off to landing so your driver is always there when you arrrive. We can also handle your transfers all over the world.
